Assessment Call: Free revenue assessment calls are provided at no cost with no obligation to purchase.
Implementation Fee: Implementation fees are due at project kickoff. If you cancel before work begins, you will receive a full refund. If work has commenced, refunds are prorated based on completed phases.
Revenue Share: Revenue share payments are only due when incremental revenue is realized. No growth = no commission. Monthly retainer (Complete package) covers ongoing support and is billed in advance.
Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Client retains all implemented systems and documentation upon termination.

Revenue-share agreements are contingent on mutually agreed-upon tracking and measurement methodology.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary systems, strategies, and client data shared during the engagement. Case study participation is voluntary and can be declined.
